Our goal at MAGTIX is to make your booking experience as easy and efficient as possible. 

Our purchase policy is designed to provide you with the information you need to ensure a smooth transaction and trouble-free retrieval of your tickets for your chosen event. Please take a minute to read the following: 

No Refunds or Exchanges
MAGTIX is not able to offer refunds or exchanges of tickets purchased through MAGTIX. Before purchasing your tickets we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event you wish to go to.

If you cannot attend a show time for which you have purchased tickets, please contact the appropriate event to inquire about their policy on refunds and/or exchanges. Any allowance is at the discretion of event management and can only be conducted at the event box office once the tickets purchased through MAGTIX are retrieved. We highly suggest that you make contact with the event's management prior to your show time, as event management may not issue refunds or provide exchanges after show time.

It is the MAGTIX policy not to refund tickets purchased on our Website. At the time of your order, MAGTIX removes the requested ticket quantity from the events inventory, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. While this allows us to provide our customers with the clear benefit of guaranteed entry, it prevents MAGTIX and/or our event partners from reselling tickets in the event that the purchaser does not attend their chosen event.

Booking fees will not be refunded.

Web portal
While MAGTIX provides the ticketing service for event organisers, the MAGTIX website is also a portal to provide information on events that are sold on external websites.  In these instances you may be taken to an external website not under the control of MAGTIX.  It is important to refer to the Terms and Conditions of each website that you are referred to, as they may defer to the Terms and Conditions listed here.
